Rubato Free includes manual account and transaction entry plus free bank and credit-card statement imports in CSV, OFX, and QFX format. You do not need to connect a bank or enter a payment method.
The direct answer
Add accounts, balances, and individual transactions by hand, or choose a CSV, OFX, or QFX statement export. Rubato reads the file in your browser and saves only the transactions you confirm, not the original statement file.
Supported statement files are limited to 2 MB and 2,000 rows per import. PDF statements are not supported.

The six-month baseline uses confirmed income transactions. The 13-week forecast combines current cash balances, saved future events, and user-confirmed or high-confidence recurring patterns; a statement import by itself is not a complete forecast.
